1. What services does The Millennium Pack offer?
      At The Millennium Pack, we provide a vacation-like experience for your dogs. We board one family of dogs at a time, ensuring they receive personalized attention. Walks, playtime, and enrichment activities are all included in our boarding service.

2. What are the requirements for boarding my dog?
      We require that all dogs be kennel and house-trained. This ensures a secure, stress-free stay for each dog, allowing them to feel comfortable in a space akin to their own "room." Additionally, to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, proof of the following vaccinations is required before drop-off:
      - Rabies
      - Bordetella
      - DHPP
      - Leptospirosis (Lepto)

3. Do you accept intact dogs?
      Yes, we welcome intact dogs without any extra charges. We provide a nurturing environment that respects natural hormone development and individual needs. Please give us advance notice if your female dog is approaching her heat cycle so we can ensure her comfort and safety during her stay.

4. What are your rates for 2024?
      - Meet and Greet: FREE
      - Administration of Medications: FREE
      - Walks, love, extra playtime: FREE
      - Per Day*: $30 for the first dog, $25 per additional dog. (A day is defined as a 24-hour period, not per night.)
               - Holiday Rate: $40 per dog
               - Holidays: 8/30-9/2, 11/28-12/1, and 12/21-1/2

5. What are the pick-up and drop-off times?
      While we are dedicated to offering boarding services, this is not our full-time employment. Therefore, our pick-up and drop-off times vary between weekdays and weekends. We offer some flexibility, but please note that these windows are strict without prior approval.

       Days we are CLOSED for pick-up and drop-off:
            New Year's Day (PM pick-ups available), Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence

             Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve (AM drop-offs available)
